I cannot thank the ladies of Licelifters in Lafayette Hill, PA enough! With multiple children, I was in a complete panic. The ladies got to work and successfully treated the kids. They relieved all of my concerns and gave me a detailed treatment plan and cleanup plan. They really helped us work through a complete catastrophe. It would have been a nightmare to try and treat on our own. They were so thorough, I don’t think I could have done as good of a job on my own getting everything out. I recommend anyone dealing with this situation – just spend the $ and get it done here. Soooo worth it! You will be relieved to have it taken care of. Also – the ladies were awesome with the kids, and so friendly and great to talk to. They really put us at ease. Great experience.

Getting that phone call about lice is never fun. Lice Lifters was able to schedule me a same day appointment for my family. The staff is amazing and they keep you calm during a stressful situation. I went here after just thinking my daughter had itchy scalp and dandruff but when I finally said let me hi and rule live out , the woman who initially answered on a Sunday afternoon was incredibly helpful, kind and patient. She offered to have me send pics of my daughter hair to her phone . I was scheduled next day , I walked in and was serviced immediately. The girls were kind , informative and helpful, this isn’t the most appealing thing to do but you could not tell these girls were superb! Their demeanor and service made a aggravating and stressful time less of both..as much discomfort my daughter and I were in , we left feeling completely well cared for . Easy to follow post care instructions and knowing they will be available for questions is so reassuring. I hope I don’t have to go back but knowing the service I would receive makes it less stressful !! Great staff and great service !

The best! After we heard that our daughter had an itchy scalp, we called Lice Lifters right away. Jenn, Des, and LaToya took excellent care of us from start to finish. They were so accommodating, scheduling us within the hour. They checked 5 of our family members within a 2.5 hour period. At the end, we were sent home with very clear directions about follow up/treatment. I hope we won’t need to use the service again, but if we do, we would only go to LL.

My 5 year old came home with lice 2 weeks ago. We treated with an over the counter product and cleaned non stop. It was so stressful. We were good for about 5 days, when they came back. My 8 year old had a few live bugs in her hair as well. At my wits end, and stress of no sleep, I reached out to life lifters (recommended by a dear friend) and was impressed at how quickly Lisa reached out to me, and calmed my nerves. It was close to midnight too!! We came in and were treated honestly. 2 kids need a full treatment, and myself and my other daughter just needed a check. The ladies were so incredibly informative and amazing. I pray to never have to see them again for lice, but would be happy to see them as a friend! I’d recommend them for lice treatment, completely!

I think the service is slow and the ladies were rude, sloppy, and very unprofessional. Even my daughter realized and told me that she felt uncomfortable. I told her it wouldn’t be much longer, but in fact the wait time was the worst part of it all.

The staff was very professional, informative, friendly, and welcoming. I felt extremely comfortable and well taken care of as I entered with my fussy babies. They didn’t just treat their hair, they calmed them down, played with them, held them, and were giving me a hand in anything I needed. I even sat there comfortably after we were all done to feed my babies and change their diapers for a smooth ride home. Thank you so much everyone. Lice Lifters were AMAZING! Totally came to our rescue. They were kind, professional, empathetic and definitely knowledgeable. They stayed open late for us and made sure we were taken care of and completely satisfied. We asked a million questions and they had answers for everything. The treatment was gentle, all natural and worked like a charm! We have been 100% lice free since our visit. They took what was a very stressful and panicked situation that could have lasted months and completely turned it around into a positive and quickly resolved experience after one treatment. I have been recommending their service ever since. I HIGHLY recommend them. I hope to not have to need their services again, but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to go back immediately.

Saw Bianca in her Lice Lifters uniform and was surprised that there was a place that treated people for lice. She explained to me their process and about their natural products. She was very knowledgeable on lice and what to do to avoid them as well. I know where to take my family if ever the situation arises.

The staff there are amazing! They know how to make an annoying situation better. They talk you through everything step by step and even have instructions on how to clean up at home. Definitely recommend coming there for any of the lice help you need whether it’s a treatment or a just a check. They will get you through it 100%

No one wants to get the call that a family member has lice or has been exposed to lice. However, if you get that call, then go right to Lice Lifters! Over the course of 24 hours, 8 of my family members went to Lice Lifters to get rid of lice or to get head checks. Yes, it is annoying to hear that someone has lice, but it is helpful and reassuring to get the lice removed by professionals and expert advice on keeping the lice away. And there’s nothing quite like hearing after a head check that you are lice free! Thank you, Lice Lifters for your sensitive and professional treatment of our family! It was a pleasure… that I hope, we won’t soon repeat!!
